Refund policy

We offer a 30 day change of mind return for unused and unopened items. They need to be repackaged and contact us to make the arrangements. We can provide a return label at our favourable return costs. You can also use your own label as long as you use a tracked service. We may be able also to do an exchange with the exact same process as a return but instead of a refund you will get the replacement sent.
 
Returns process:

1. Contact our team to request a return – contact@ontrendideas.com.au
2. If you request our label we will email it to you.
3. Once you send the item back to us we will issue a refund upon inspect and if applicable will withhold the return label costs.

 
We will be happy to honor our obligations under the Australia Consumer Law if any product is damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is in our error. We will offer a free return or replacement.
